What is the difference between in-network and out-of-network dental insurance benefits?

We are in-network with the following provider plans:

• Cigna
• Delta Premier
• Metropolitan Life
• Principal
• Ameritas
• Guardian
• Companion Life

This being said, we will accept direct assignment from out-of-network providers, however any fees, advanced lab costs or special services will not be filed for and will be the responsibility of each patient. We are committed to being creative and intentional when presenting the investment you will need to make for your dream smile or dream health status. We also have the knowledge and capacity to file for medical procedures when surgery or digital care design is part of your recommended treatment plan.

Out-of-Network Information:

Many times, patients do not understand this process. We file your insurance claim and will take direct assignment if your plan permits. The difference in charges or cost usually only amounts to a few dollars per procedure for patients with an out-of-network plan, and allows patients to receive a level of care that screams “excellence” in quality. We treat our patients according to their leading need and greatest desires for a smile they can “rave” about!
